Music & Movement at We Rock the Spectrum is a little different… in the best way.

This is an inclusive sensory gym where kids can move freely through the space and participate in whatever way feels right for them. Some jump right in, some take their time, some come and go throughout class… and all of it is welcome.

Our classes follow that same rhythm. You can join in, step out, come back, watch for a while, or stay the whole time. There’s no pressure to participate a certain way, no need to apologize, and nothing to “fix.”

Just music, movement, and space for your child to be fully themselves.

Designed for kids of all ages and abilities, along with their caregivers. Especially supportive for families who benefit from a more flexible, sensory-aware environment.

Music & Movement at Ely’s Play House feels easy, playful, and right in the middle of the fun.

This colorful indoor playground was created by a local mom and designed especially for babies, toddlers, and young kids to climb, explore, and play. It’s a space that’s truly built for little ones… and you can feel that as soon as you walk in.

Our music classes happen right during open play, so there’s no big transition or pressure to “join” in a certain way. Kids can wander over, jump in, take a break, or just watch for a while… and all of it is part of the experience.

We’ll sing songs, explore rhythm instruments, dance, and play music games together… all woven naturally into your play time.

Just like the space itself, the class is relaxed, flexible, and designed to meet kids where they are.

Designed for babies through age 8 and their caregivers. Especially great for younger kiddos, first-time class experiences, and families who want something engaging without it feeling overwhelming.

Music & Movement at Enchanted Indoor Playground blends playful music-making right into the middle of a whimsical indoor adventure space designed for climbing, exploring, imagining, and moving freely.

With treehouse-inspired play structures, climbing tunnels, and imaginative spaces woven throughout the playground, Enchanted creates a naturally magical environment for music and movement experiences that feel exciting, relaxed, and easy for families to enjoy together.

Music class happens during open play, allowing children to engage in whatever way feels best for them — jumping into the music circle, exploring nearby, drifting between activities, or simply observing until they’re ready to join in.

Together we’ll sing songs, explore rhythm instruments, dance, move, and create joyful moments of connection woven naturally into the flow of play.

Designed for mixed ages 0-8 years old. Especially wonderful for families looking for an active, imaginative, and low-pressure community experience.

Music & Movement at Play Matters Preschool feels soft, whimsical, and deeply connected to the rhythm of childhood.

This beautiful outdoor, play-based space is designed to invite curiosity, imagination, and exploration. With nature, open-ended materials, and thoughtfully curated environments, it’s a place where both kids and caregivers can truly settle in and just be.

Rather than a structured, start-to-finish class, music is gently woven into the full Stay & Play experience. Children are free to explore, move, and engage with sound in their own timing… whether that’s jumping right into the circle, observing from nearby, or drifting in and out as they play.

During our music time, we’ll sing together, explore rhythm and movement, and follow the children’s lead as the experience naturally unfolds.

Each gathering also includes beautifully designed sensory play and a storytime experience, creating a layered, collaborative morning of music, imagination, and connection.

Designed for young children and their caregivers. Especially meaningful for families who enjoy outdoor play, slower-paced environments, and child-led experiences.

🎶 Musical Instrument Petting Zoo at Sacramento Children’s Museum 🎶

Come spend the cool summer mornings outside with me and the amazing staff at Sacramento Children’s Museum this June for their $5 Fridays series! 🌈

Explore everything the museum has to offer PLUS extra outdoor fun from 10–11am before it gets too hot ☀️ I’ll be hosting a playful Musical Instrument Petting Zoo where kiddos can explore instruments, make noise, experiment with sound, and experience music in a fun, low-pressure way.

Come spend time with your community exploring, creating, playing, and making memories together at our local Nonprofit Children’s Museum 💛
